How does Vita Talalay work?
First of all, we begin by sourcing the main ingredient for our pure natural product from environmentally and socially responsible sources. After that the white gold known as latex will be transformed to our high end comfort material. All of the benefits of Vita Talalay latex are connected to our unique production process, which creates the unsurpassed round, open cellular structure. This is how our natural comfort material becomes so breathable, soft yet supportive, hypoallergenic and durable. The next step is to cut and glue the material based on our client’s wishes. This purely depends on the size, density and specifications of our clients. An example would be that we cut our natural material to thin sheets which will be used as comfort layers. If required, we will also glue several sheets and blocks together. Important to note here is that our glue is also purely natural as we use raw liquid latex as glue – and nothing else. Before packaging, every single block of Vita Talalay latex will undergo a strict quality control process. This ensures that we send our partners the highest quality materials.
Once the product is packaged, we will send it to the manufacturers. There, they will be used to make the perfect bedding products, such as mattresses, toppers and pillows. At this point, the bedding products differ in terms of how much Vita Talalay latex is used, as the products are designed to fit the needs of every individual. This means that some products will only have a soft comfort layer, similar to the frosting on top of a cake. Others may be made solely out of Vita Talalay latex – but here the densities may also vary.
After our partners have produced the high end mattress, topper or pillow, they are usually sent to the retail shops around the world. In some cases, they may also sell their products online. However, we do highly advise to visit the shops in order for you to be able to test the bedding products before purchase. We believe that every mattress is different, just as every individual is. This is why going to the retail shop and receiving advise from highly trained personnel will help you to find the mattress, topper or pillow which suits your needs best.

Role of manufacturer
The manufacturer is the craftsman who transforms our natural product into the healthy sleep experience it is at home. After receiving our product, the process begins. There are two approaches how the process begins. First of all, the manufacturer themselves may decide to give life to one of their creations. These products are created based on many years of experience and deep knowledge of the industry. In addition, it also takes the differences between markets into account, such as the difference in favored densities. The second option is if a retailer asks for a custom sleep product, which in many cases is a unique product for an individual customer. This is done to make sure than every mattress, topper or pillow will find the perfect home. After all, the manufacturers wish nothing more than to provide you with the healthy sleep experience with our product.
Role of retailer
The retailer is the one who has the in-depth knowledge of the local market. They are the ones who know what the clients really want and need. Every retailer of our partners has highly trained personnel, which will gladly assist and advise you on the best possible options available suiting your individual needs. This includes mattresses, but also toppers and pillows. The advantage of being a retailer is that they are the ones being able to show the product to potential customers.
